These easy to make Halloween Lollipops are so yummy! Girl scout copycat cookie alert! Halloween Lollipops taste very very close to the the beloved Girl Scout Tagalong cookies or peanut butter patties (which we call the Tagalongs in my area.) Who doesn’t love a Tagalong on a stick?!

Black spider made from walnut, Halloween cookie Lollipops in orange and white decorated with Halloween sprinkles.

Bringing back memories of my favorite Girl Scout cookie was a hit at both the Halloween party and potluck at the local school and Octoberfest. The individual packaging makes the Lollipop so easily portable and package. I used the lollipops and popsicle sticks as “flowers” for the Halloween popsicle stick vase and centerpiece for a childrens’ party.

How To Make Halloween Lollipops

Directions

  1. The quickest way to make a batch of these yummy Lollipops to is to use my favorite assembly line method.
  2. Prepare all ingredients and place on the kitchen counter for easy reach during the assembly process.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  4. Make the cookie sandwich.
  5. Lay out the butter crackers on a cookie sheet.
  6. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on one cracker. The amount is actually personal preference. I put a heaping regular size spoonful of peanut butter onto each cracker.
  7. Add the second cracker on top to make a sandwich. Press the cracker gently to secure the sandwich.
  8. After the sandwiches have been made, melt the chocolate or candy melts in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl. The bowl should be big enough to dip the sandwich cookie in so the cookie can be covered. A small mixing bowl works well.
  9. Begin by dipping the cookie sandwiches in batches. Depending upon your chocolate dipping skills and the size of the bowl, one to three cookie sandwiches can be dipped at a time.
  10. Remove the sandwiches from the chocolate, insert a popsicle stick or lollipop stick into the middle of the sandwich from the bottom.
  11. If desired, decorate the lollipop with sprinkles or Halloween theme decorations. I love the Halloween eyeballs for decorating! (they now make the candy eyeballs in different colors and shapes, how fun!)
  12. I only decorate the front of the lollipop as it will be packaged later.Tray of decorated Halloween lollipops in orange, white and black.
  13. Set the lollipops back on the lined cookie sheet to let the chocolate set.
  14. For a quick set the lollipops can be put into the refrigerator (on the cookie sheet) for 10 minutes.
  15. Once the chocolate – lollipop is set, I usually wait a minimum of an hour, the lollipops can be packaged into individual servings.
