How To Make Cauliflower White Pizza
Favorite Cauliflower pizza crust
Favorite Veggies or favorite low oxalate vegetables
Bake your cauliflower pizza crisp according to the directions.
Chop and dice the vegetables.
When the pizza crust is 75% baked I remove the pizza crust from the oven and spread a healthy layer of ricotta on top of the crust.
Return pizza crust to oven to warm and melt the cheese.
Once the cheese is melted and warmed I add the vegetables.
Optional: I have made the white cauliflower pizza two ways. I prefer the above method, but you can definitely add the ricotta cheese and the vegetables at the same time.
Flexible! Healthy Rainbow Cauliflower White Pizza
This is a flexible recipe for white pizza. Choose the white cheese of your choice. Ricotta, Mozzarella, Provolone and even cottage cheese work well. If you are watching the sodium content then choose the low salt versions of the above cheeses.
Any vegetable that can be diced or chopped into bite size pizzas will work!

I solved the problem of the mushy cauliflower crusts. I buy them! My favorite cauliflower frozen pizza crust is made by Caulipower. These yummy crusts are available in the frozen section of your grocery store.
