Patriotic Rice Cake

Healthy and nutritious snack for the red, white and blue holidays or anytime of the year. Easy to make 4th of July snack.

Ingredients

  • Rice Cakes salted or unsalted, your favorite brand
  • 1 small Plain or vanilla yogurt
  • Blueberries and strawberries Fresh
  • 1 banana optional

Instructions

  • Makes one healthy Patriotic rice cake.
  • Open package of rice cakes. Remove one! (Okay so the assembly is self explanatory.)
  • If making more than one rice cake lay the rice cakes out on parchment or wax paper assembly line style.
  • Spread a generous layer of  your favorite yogurt on top of the rice cake.
  • Arrange blueberries and strawberries on the yogurt layer in the design of your choice.

Notes

For the red, white and blue holidays use red and blue berries or add any fruit of your choice for a healthy treat.
