No Bake Christmas Cookies
Delicious No Bake Christmas Cookies which can be made into Chocolate Lollipops! A chocolate and peanut butter Lollipop that tastes like our favorite Girl Scout cookies the Tagalongs! Gather your Lollipops into a Christmas Lollipop Bouquet as a Christmas gift.
Ingredients
- Round butter crackers
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- Candy Melts or chocolate
- Lollipop Sticks Popsicle or Craft sticks work too!
- Christmas sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Assembly line style is the quickest way to make the Christmas Lollipop Bouquet! Prepare the ingredients /materials prior to beginning the assembly and many lollipops will be made in no time!Lay out crackers in pairs on parchment paper.Cover one cracker (of the pair) with a healthy and heavy smear of peanut butter. The amount is actually personal preference: a small amount of peanut butter will make a thinner lollipop.Place a lollipop stick (or a craft stick) with three quarters of the stick on the cracker.Place the second cracker (the top) of the lollipop and gently press the crackers together to make a sandwich.Microwave chocolate or candy melts on high in a deep microwave safe bowl. To ensure the chocolate does not burn microwave in 30 second increments until a smooth consistency is achieved.Chocolate Melting Tip: Each type of bowl will slightly alter the time needed to melt the chocolate in the microwave.Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.Using your favorite chocolate dipping method cover each lollipop with chocolate.Place the lollipop on the parchment paper for the chocolate to set.Decorate the lollipops if desired.A quick set can be achieved by placing the lollipops in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes or a really quick set can be achieved by placing the lollipops in the freezer if time is an issue.Assembly your Christmas Lollipop Bouquet in a container or vase of your choice.
