The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) was established in 1958 and offers a variety of senior discounts on travel, shopping, hotels, restaurants and much more. A membership fee of $16 for United States residents, gives you access to a wide range of discounts, benefits and support from AARP. Membership for Mexico or Canada is $17 a year, other countries is $28 a year.
