- 1 pound minced beef (ground round, ground sirloin, ground steak)
- 1 diced small diced onion
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup beef stock or broth
- 4 servings mashed potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Add your favorite vegetables. Peas, carrots, corn all work well.
