Favorite Cauliflower pizza crust
Ricotta Cheese
Favorite Veggies or favorite low oxalate vegetables
Instructions
Bake your cauliflower pizza crisp according to the directions.
Chop and dice the vegetables.
When the pizza crust is 75% baked I remove the pizza crust from the oven and spread a healthy layer of ricotta on top of the crust.
Return pizza crust to oven to warm and melt the cheese.
Once the cheese is melted and warmed I add the vegetables.

Optional: I have made the white cauliflower pizza two ways. I prefer the above method, but you can definitely add the ricotta cheese and the vegetables at the same time.Flexible!
