Health Benefits Of Salmon
The salmon is one of the healthiest fish particularly due to its’ high value of Omega-3 fatty acid. The Omega-3 content of salmon contributes to provide increased protection from cardiovascular problems, stroke, decreases triglyceride levels and assists with joint support and control of inflammation.
According to the American Heart Association research has indicated that two servings of salmon should be eaten per week. Each serving should equal 3.5 ounces or 3/4 cup of flaked salmon.
